Yes, no city has it worse than Oakland for sports. No more Warriors, Raiders, and soon probably no more A's.
Hockey and MLS soccer are in San Jose, no WNBA. They will in fact no longer be a "sports town" at all.

Just because the teams are moving doesn’t mean the fans no longer exist. Look how many Raider fans were waiting for them when they came back from LA thirty years ago.

Minnesota was my vote but it's been mentioned. I know a few former residents who have told me they would trade those Lynx championships for one Vikings super bowl.
I'll throw in Tennessee. They're still young-ish in terms of generations of fans but still no championships among the 3 teams there.
I've been a 'Bay Area five* plus the Lakers' fan since 1968 (*Niners, Raiders, Giants, A's, and Warriors)
By 1968, no championships in my lifetime.
Then....32 championships in the last 51 years .
As a fan, I certainly can't complain.
I've lived in the Houston metro since the late 2000s.
Six straight ALCS appearances, four world series, and two titles in the last six seasons for the Astros .
I'm a fifth generation Bay Area native, and it's too bad that all teams didn't stay put, but I'll be a fan wherever each is located and, IMO, whatever is best for each team is best.
The Twin Cities are in the running, but your data isn't quite accurate. The Twins won the World Series in 1987 and 1991. The WNBA's Minnesota Lynx have won multiple titles, but right now are a below average team. Not a great track record for Minnesota, but not quite as bad as you stated.
To follow is data that helps back up your statement.
No football team in NFL history has as good of a winning % without winning a title as the perennial screwup Minnesota Vikings. As to the Timberwolves, since their inception you would be hard pressed to find a worse franchise. Not only are they average at best (this year) or worse, but they're BORING. Hockey wise the North Stars (when they were in Minnesota) made the Stanley Cup final once in the early 80's and lost. The Wild has had some decent teams, but have never gotten to the pinnacle.
Not a great deal to cheer about.
The North Stars made the Finals twice: 1981 (lost to the Islanders in five) and 1991 (lost to the Penguins in six).
But as for Minnesota, they are currently not only winless in their last 118 Big Four seasons, they haven't even made it to the final round in any of the sports since then. The last Minnesota title came when the Twins won the 1991 World Series. Since then:
The Twins have not won 1992 thru 2022 (excluding 1994, when there was no Series) - 30 seasons
The Vikings have not won 1991 thru 2022 - 32 seasons
The Timberwolves have not won 1992 thru 2023 - 32 seasons
The North Stars did not win in 1992 or 1993, and the Wild have not won 2001 thru 2023 (excluding 2005 when there was no Finals) - 24 seasons
And as I said, not only have they gone winless in this span, they haven't even been to the World Series/Super Bowl/NBA Finals/Stanley Cup Finals in those 118 seasons.
This is the longest championship-appearance drought for any metropolitan area in the history of North American sports.
