Beautiful area - seems quite well kept up. The street arrangement is odd in that there is a buffer between all of the retail development by the mall - you have to drive around to get to it. But probably makes the street much safer over all.
Schools for that area are not particularly high regarded but if schooling is not an issue - that may mean some good bang for the buck. You are close to everything there.
