Yep, you can be an illegal alien, assault a police officer, and get a plea deal from DA Bragg.
Don't you dare, however, make a bookkeeping error or any other kind of accounting misdemeanor or the little fat man will file charges and hit you with 34 federal felonies, even though he has no jurisdiction over federal matters. He'll find a liberal biased judge and a liberal jury that'll just overlook these little issues and try and lock you up.
It sounds like it is Open Season on Cops in NYC IF you are a member of a protected class.
How soon will it be that the cops stop responding to crimes IF they are being carried out by Illegals? Of course they will be there to pick up the pieces and file a report and boy if you dare to fight back and one of those lil darling "migrants" get hurt YOU might just be arrested.
