Last 4 years where? As a functional politician? No. He’s not one now. Last 4 years in a skilled retirement facility, where he belongs now, yes he could last 4 years.

I can see these people using his brother with a face mask to pretend to be Joe Biden if Biden dies. Look what the democrats did with Ruth Bader Ginsberg because they didn't want to lose their power over the judicial courts.
