The "refutation" is debunked by the facts. There are numerous documented cases of illegal aliens voting.
This study says 10-27% of illegals are registered to vote. If it's half that, it's too much. If 10% of them vote, that's too much. I understand you disagree, because you want illegals to vote.
You'd probably look more convincing if you demonstrated an understanding of the difference between "non-citizen" and "illegally present".
So illegals vote in the presidential election when they should not, biden gets all their votes and wins. Fraud discovered after the election, no court inthe land will overturn the election.

For the umpteenth time, noncitizens are allowed to vote in local elections if the voting rules for the jurisdictions allow it. There are 12 states that expressly allow it and others that do not prohibit it. One has to be registered to vote, citizen or not. Therefore, noncitizens can register in those jurisdictions. “Just the Facts” (BS inc.) wants to consider these as illegals. I’m still waiting for any significant proof of widespread illegal alien voting. There isn’t any but the usual suspects keep repeating it in the echo chamber. It is part of the fantasy they are constructing to explain Trump losing in 2024.

The way I see it, if you* are a non-citizen and willing to vote, even if just locally, why not become a citizen? Your vote affects me, a citizen. If you are in the US strictly for work, then that means the only thing about the US that interests you is money, then make all the money you can, pay taxes and applicable fees/dues, then go home whenever you want. But leave our politics alone. You got opportunities here that do not exists in your home country. We offers you partake. And both sides benefited. So why do you want to meddle in our politics, even locally, by voting?
Non-citizens want the benefits of citizenship WITHOUT the dues and responsibilities of citizenship.
