Location within 30 of OKC cancer centers, fam friendly, safe (Moore: house, transfer to)

Hello,
Grew up in central ok in the 70-80's then moved to TX after college for work. Family in Shawnee, doing early retirement end of May with stage 4 cancer.

Looking for location within 30 mins or so driving distance of OKC cancer centers, 18 yr old son also will transfer to OSU health center in OKC working on radiology tech. DH works from home in IT so need strong, reliable internet. Daughter and 2 yr old grandson also live with us. Safe and family friendly is important as well.

Suggestions for areas to look at, prefer new or under 10 yr old house Need 3 bed with study or 4 bed, ideal would have flex room upstairs, 1800 sq ft or larger. Budget 300-350

DH is not open to Moore after looking at maps or where tornados typically form in OK

Timeline-hopefully early summer, putting my current house on the market 1st week of April.

Appreciate ideas on locations and any neighborhoods that are starting builds.
