I passed through OKC in summer 2021 and went to the Banjo Museum and this interactive art exhibit thing called Factory Obscura.

Both were really cool and fun, I enjoyed them.

Does OKC have any other off-beat/off-grid destinations in addition to those two?

The big round barn in Arcadia. The old pharmacy museum in Guthrie is also fun as well as their historical museum there, although it is about a 30-minute drive north of OKC.

I was there last week in Grapevine, TX, interesting interactive experience. Still a work in progress, may want to wait 6 months for it to mature. A bit pricey, too.

Never been to that one. The one in Grapevine Mills is the newest of four, the others being in Las Vegas and Denver as well as the original in Santa Fe. According to the web site which also offers tickets online, the Denver experience is around $30 per person, Vegas and DFW are $50, Santa Fe is in between.
