Yep, the jump in Grand Forks coincided with school and colleges opening. I saw a girls track team out practicing just before the huge jump in cases. They were in each other’s faces and grab a**ing. No social distance at all. And the coach didn’t care at all. So much for listening to the State Health recommendations. That’s why ND had the record Covid cases. The young kids didn’t give a damn. Oh well, old people die…so what attitude.
