Most Mexicans don't care. Good for them. For those outside the country who want a summary of the Presidential election it's basically Morena who says they will care for you and defend you from the ills of the world. Populism 101. The opposition is basically Not Morena, a weird mix of ideology that is basically saying Morena can't do a damn thing useful. In many ways they are right but who wants to vote for that?
I'm kinda jealous though, wish people in the US could chill out and remember Presidents aren't all powerful. Vote for one or the other as you want but stop spending 4 years obsessing over it. Most Mexicans dont even know anything about Claudia other than she's mayor of CDMX and that she's probably going to win. No one is out looking on her kids laptop.
My Mexican neighbors (I have a home in Jalisco) want and think Claudia will win; she has decent rep from being Presidente (Mayor) of Mexico City. She is from Morena party, which is popular these days. I think it would be great if a woman became President of Mexico....hope to live long enough to see a woman President in US, too!

If a woman isn't President of Mexico on December 1st, then something went very wrong.
