Police in Burnsville, MN were called to domestic involving 5-7 kids where the mom snuck out to call. The man was raping a 14 year. He was convicted prior to a major assault case and was banned from owning a gun. He apparently didn’t do much time for prior felonies and had applied to get guns again and was denied. He waited for the two cops and firefighter to enter after a very long negotiations and then shot and killed them all. He then killed himself. Every local news station didn’t show a photo or any info on him. Took a day or two for them to finally say and never have said what he was doing to the sexual assault original call. He was black.
The funeral has been all day today, police from all over the country and Canada are there/here. The procession is and hour and half long so far and it’s far from over. Only one news station is carrying it live….Fox. All others, nope, watch on our websites. The amount of people lining the streets is astounding despite it being below zero windchill. The route is 22 miles and people are lined up the entire route.

I agree that this should be a big story nationally, but gun mayhem in this country has become so acceptable and routine, a lot people reach for their remote when these stories come on. Would you have posted this story if he wasn`t Black?

You are correct, if he wasn't black there would be no need for this thread because it would have been on every news media outlet with the race and picture of the perp plastered everywhere.
