What does any of this have to do with multi-unit housing?

Answer: Nothing at all, just fear-mongering.

Two dads fighting at a bus stop is ridiculous and childish, but doesn't represent anything of significance with regard to a town, nor does it have anything to do with the housing situation. It's beyond intellectual dishonesty to suggest otherwise.

Sometimes multi-family housing doesn't attract the best of residents.

oh and oddly enough the attacker with the gun has been in the news for an attack before:

Surprise surprise.

Marshfield must be so happy he decided to procreate and bring his offspring there.

It is not really a multi family housing as a type, but rather what kind of multi-family housing it is. Low income housing or projects could and most likely would attract.
