What you've described would be merely a return to standard/normal operations on one newer subway line and better headway on commuter rails since COVID, which is something that should have happened a long time ago. Slightly premature to sing praises for either of the mentioned individuals, I would say. Either way, not sure why Healy would get more credit than the guy actually running it.
