There is zero doubt they will find Nasty things in the ground there, that development has a long tall hill to climb is suspect.

Allow me to translate her words. "I wanna build more housing, anyone else was more housing?" I am going to build more housing and the housing will be for the illegal migrants. They will be furnished and with the generosity of the rest of Long Island, whose school taxes will also increase as a result of the redevelopment, they will be the new Americans, who can vote for me. I think that is a pretty good summation.

Wait till Hochul takes over local zoning! But keep voting BLUE you fools! They need all these illegals especially the Gaza refugees sent to Great Neck, Hewlett, and Jericho. The most blue areas in Nassau!

Default Housing next to the Posilico asphalt plant

The asphalt plant is at the corner of New Hwy and Conklin St. New housing built right next door may be subject to the fumes from the asphalt plant.
