Good luck. I left LI 13 years ago. Still have family and tons of friends there but I never looked back. You better hope the a/c is new enough to be upgraded if it isn’t to current codes. Otherwise you will need to get a new unit. They were miserable then and I would be surprised if they have gotten better.
