Hampstead, Chelsea (one of four Royal Boroughs) or Primrose Hill? No Belgravia because the houses are empty. Which has a higher SOL and QOL? Which is laid-back? Which has more amenities.

Of the 3 you include, I would say Chelsea.

But for me, Mayfair.
