EB5 Immigration Query (green card, uscis, certificate, money)

Hi, anyone who has an experience with EB5 immigration space? Our family is planning to immigrate to the US and we are looking for right investment in a professional regional centre. However, there is hardly any reliable information out there. Thanks

So you have at least $800,000 to invest?

But in your other thread you said you wanted to be a teacher (but had no idea how that would work). So you seem, well, a bit confused. Why not just stay where you are?

Yes you are right about my other thread. So, we are currently not in the US and planning an immigration through EB5. While we are working things out on that front, we are also exploring what would we do once we are in the US. Since this whole process would take some time, we are trying to zero down on things that we can do (career-wise) and then upgrade our skills or get a degree/certificate to be ready for that job. Since I am already an educator, teacher seemed liked a natural route.

Karen is right you need a lot of money to invest and it will be stuck for years. Over the last decade, I bet more and more developments lost money and not gained as you can loose the money and not be allowed to keep the green card upon renewal.
