Where did you buy Skoster? The speeds are going to vary based on location. For instance, I sold a home last year in Talavera. My buyer had to use Fastwave because the Mbps speed for Comcast there is so low he couldn't stream movies.

Metro Verde is Xfinity land! I had a seller on street over (Sienna) that used Xfinity and they were fine with it (at least they didn't complain!)
I'd far prefer Century Link if the service is reliable and the claims are honest because the plan is much, much better both in terms of bandwidth and price. Do you know how their service is?

Also very good in Metro Verde. Just slightly less Mbps.
I don't live in the area (more like center of town) but I have CL 80/10 service and it has been very reliable compared to Comcast at my former address. If CL offers 1Gbs service at a competitive rate to Comcast I would go for it. No hassles about a TB of data a month...
We spend the summer in Century Link territory and the winter in AT&T territory. We have done this for years and always put our account on the service we are leaving on “vacation hold” and with the service we coming into we take the account off of vacation hold switch to “active.” Nothing else changes.
This morning it took nearly two hours to achieve the Century Link “turn us back on” and it took five minutes to get AT&T to put us on vacation hold. This fall the changes will be reversed but the time demanded will remain the same.
The one advantage of Century Link is that it really makes us appreciate the service we get from AT&T.
Or century link guy came out at 9 am, handled everything, and had us up and running in a couple hours. The speed is vastly superior to xfinity for anywhere near the same rate, and the best part is that it is balanced so upload speeds are as fast as download speeds. Ping is also significantly lower than xfinity, so anything that requires good, balanced bandwidth and low latency (for example, teleconferencing) will benefit.
I would recommend century link to anyone in the metro verde area as long as you can get the gigabit plan (technically, 940mb).
