Bob's Lemonade (?) - Ft. Henry Mall in the 80s (Knoxville: tenants, school)

In the 1980s, I was a kid living in Southeastern Kentucky. When it was time for Christmas shopping, back-to-school shopping, or a fun weekend trip, my family didn't go to Lexington, Knoxville, or Cincinnati. We went to Kingsport. For far longer than I care to admit, I thought Kingsport was on par with a New York City or Chicago in terms of size and offerings. I have many great, foundational memories about Kingsport. I still fondly think of your city quite often.

One great memory involves a lemonade shop in Fort Henry Mall. It was around in the early- to mid-80s. I think it was called Bob's Lemonade Stand, or something like that. I believe it had blue and white tiles and was on the second floor, but I can't recall what was around it.

Does anyone else remember this shop? Was it called Bob's, and was it a chain or locally owned? I have no doubt that a certain kid from the mountains of Kentucky thought the best lemonade on the planet came from that location. If you could tell me anything about it, I would greatly appreciate it.
