Are there lots of job opportunities there? https://www.kansasworks.com/ They do virtual job fairs. Also, compare the cost of living (Lawrence has a COL 12.5% higher than Wichita), coming from Wichita, I am sure you realize that you want to check online to see which areas have high crime, so you don't end up living in one due to your housing budget.

Always have a job first before relocating, unless you have the cash to fund a job search, and all the deposits required to get set up in the new city.

I'll make sure I have a job lined up. I should be able to find something since I have experience working in the healthcare field. The Lawrence area does not seem too expensive. Thanks for the link to Kansasworks.com. God Bless.
