roaring kitty the person who started the short squeeze on wall street is back after three years and game stop trading was halted a few times this morning . at one point it was up 110% on the day .
These stories are getting old. Nice little pops of 75% and 45% respectively today, but do people really expect this to repeat what happened in 2021? I just don't see it doing another 100X Gamma squeeze. Options premiums are massive. You would have to be insane to buy call options right now. Holding the stock is the way to go if you think its going up massively, but you're playing with fire.
GME up over 150% in premarket, now 70% in regular trading. AMC is up 100% during regular trading despite the company announcing a share-offering. This party cannot last much longer. I just purchased a Put option on AMC at a $3.50 strike price expiring this Friday. They cost only $0.08. I bought 1 contract lol. We shall see.

As a hardcore gamer, I don't see any appeal whatsoever in investing in GameStop as business, since games are going more and more digital (for better or worse).
Seems like it is either a 'pump and dump' scheme or a vengeance call against hedge funds supposedly by retail investors/traders.
Clueless comments being made with little to no research being done outside of mainstream media. I made $9,500 Monday and roughly $4,200 today and I was NOT playing option…simply buying, holding, and direct registering of said shares.
