You are aware the "Parole" program has been in existence since the 1970's and every president has used it to allow the emergency immigration of foreigners into this country from designated areas of grave civil strife. Unlike asylum seekers, these individuals must apply while in their own country, undergo a background check, pay their own way, have financial resources to supported or must have a vetted sponsor.
Each year DHS, arrest and deports "parole applicants" due to committing a crime in the US. It's happen under every US President's authorized entry group. So, every President has had a parole applicant admitted under their watch commit a violent crime. I take it you also wanted Ford, Carter, Regan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, Obama, and Trump all charged the same way you want Biden charged?

This is website talking about the process. I was able to learn very little, as you have to have an account to see what the next steps are as far as what one needs to supply as biographical data. I would like to have that information if anyone has a link, as I know at the border, they take the word of those coming in as far as who they are, and where they come from.

Trust me, we do not need to import welfare recipients, unless the current administration is trying to force us into Marxism/socialism, which of course, is what is happening. A "one state party" needs the residents to be beholden to the federal government.
Imagine the diseases and viruses that will flourish in our country, not to mention critters that hitchhike in on the baggage and humans. Well, they have a lot of stuff in the 3rd world countries that we generally would not have to deal with. Take a look at the health department stats after an influx of 3rd world country individuals arrive. I have seen it, and studied it to see what the heck was going on. It isn't pleasant!
I would accept a 50% reduction of gdp to stop and reverse all of this madness. But then again, I’m not that greedy.
