Looks like late Sunday night subtropical / tropical storm Akara was declared by Brazil. Heading away from land. Had storms on infrared briefly for a little while.

South Atlantic is separate from North Atlantic for hurricane info, so Brazil has their own name list and NHC doesn't offer traditional maps for. Storms don't happen too often, but can form in any month in Atlantic South of the equator. Most likely to occur around this time of year (late summer there) and usually a sub-tropical/tropical mix variety.
