Area SW of Cape Verde Islands in Atlantic organizes enough to become Tropical Storm Sean. Expected to move generally WNW / NW next few days, not become too much stronger and dissipate this weekend / early next week. Shear and dry air along it's path.

Thurs 12Oct 5aEDT satellite estimated winds 35mph(55km/h), moving WNW 12mph(19km/h), pressure 1007mb. Tropical Depression since last night. Sheared system with LLC exposed. Not healthy. Models don't do much with it.
Sat 14Oct 5aEDT satellite estimated winds 40mph(65km/h), moving WNW 8mph(13km/h), pressure 1006mb. After finally having a burst of convection over it's core overnight, that has faded as the sun rises. Looks like reaching the dry air. Will be lucky to make it past Sunday.
