Yea I figured they're water storage tanks. I'm more interested in finding out who the customer is?

I think I found the answer

Good find. Reducing use of ground water, which has been ongoing for some time.

We have a huge announcement today. The RO will finally break ground at the former Exxon research facility at 3130 Buffalo Speedway.

The attached luxury hotel flag is finally announced. Which is the Houston-based Auberge Collection’s entrance to its home market. Auberge Collection is a subsidiary of the Friedkin Group which is most famous for Gulf States Toyota but they’ve since diversified into other fields including luxury hotels. Auberge Collection was only on the East and West Coast but Friedman has brought them to Texas with Austin and Fort Worth and now their biggest project in Houston at the RO.

This is going to be a huge project. Will help the city a lot. Thanks for the update.

Pretty amazing. My dad's former workplace in the 1960s and 1970s.

The RO is obviously the big headline of the week 100 times over. But there was also the announcement of the 1750 Post Oak block in Uptown which has plans for a mixed use development. Currently, there’s the shopping center there with the NewBalance store. I don’t know if it will be demolished or incorporated into whatever they’re doing there.
