Quebec City is the same metro size as Winnipeg, and it is a guaranteed ticket sales unlike a larger metro like Houston.

If anyone relocates it should be Quebec City. A lot of YT pundits though keep saying this wont happen. There is even a new stadium in QBC. But it is 7 years old now

Hamilton is like Milwaukee. They are too close to another team's market.
