IRMAA affects premiums for Original Medicare Parts B and D.
The Aetna supplement pays the 'gap' that Medicare doesn't pay. Aetna premium is not affected by IRMAA. Aetna premium increases because of your age and your risk pool. Aetna is an attained-age policy. A better choice would be a community-rated policy with an open risk pool, or a high-deductible supplement.
