Not bad, have a hard time with the optic, not sure if it's user error or an actual problem with the optic? I have a laser for the barrel, but when i get close it's not even on the paper?

Is that a laser bore slighter, or a weapon mounted laser “sight”?
Well, I've been shooting it often, great little shooter. However, now my problem is the optic (link to optic above). I had to take back my 1st optic because it died at the range (changed battery, and nothing) and now for the second time I have to return the optic to exchange for a new optic, this one also died, new battery nothing?
Did I catch a bad run at Cabela's? I am by no means hard on the pistol, less than 500 rounds. It says the battery is good for 50K hours (5.5 years)? When it's not physically on me, it just sits there, so I have no clue.
