That would be the former Oakwood Homes mobile home sales lot located adjacent to Hurricane Express Wash.

What is going in where Spinx used to be on Pelham Rd - next to Bank of America. Looks to not be part of the planned brewery/mixed development announced a while back.

There seems to be some work going on inside the old China Restaurant (RIP, sniff sniff) at Hudson Corners by the new Harris Teeter in Taylors. Anybody know what's going in there?

It appears another restaurant, possibly sushi, is locating in Hudson Corners, adjacent to Harris Teeter, on Old Spartanburg Road in Greer.

Harris Teeter has been in conversations to open a store in Taylors. Wade Hampton Boulevard and Locust Hill Road could be possible locations.
