Do you know what area of the country she lives in? It sounds like a southewest area name. Pinto is a common surname in New Mexico and Arizona. Maybe Colorado, Nevada and California as well.

It's a common name anywhere you have Italians.

one is 69, another 83, and the third 88 years old. Two in NJ, one in PA
