Can anyone please point me to the links that carry women's caps that come in larger sizes (& NOT just say ONE SIZE)? I want to get 2-3 or them. I have a lot of hair, so I need more room.
Preferrably in a fabric that can get wet/is washable. TIA!
How large is your head? Columbia Sport and several other brands now make a broad brim sun hat for fishing, hiking and working in the garden that is adjustable from 22" - 24" head size.
I have a small head and the one size fits all is too large. The style that Columbia sportwear came out with last year worked for me. I checked on line and it appears there are other manufacturers making the unisex hat that is adjustable up to 24" head size.
Sure would help to know what type of cap you mean and what fabric they're made of, especially if it has a hatband made from a different material than the body of the hat. Check out men's hats in more classic styles. Many are sized, probably more frequently than women's are. Some hat fabrics can be stretched or re-blocked. There are hat stretchers you can buy.
If you plan to wash the hat you'll probably need to re-block it after washing anyway so it retains its shape and doesn't shrink. Avoid cotton or wool/natural fur felts. Don't forget that you tend to sweat a little when you wear a hat and that can be absorbed by the hat fabric. When you take the hat off it will dry out again, and that can shrink the hat slightly...over and over again.

Thanks! I like the look & features that this cap has, but it still says O/S, which goes up to 23.5". My head's 24" & I'd still want a tad more wiggle room than precisely 24".

I don't know of any women's caps that come in larger sizes, however if you're okay with unisex caps many brands offer fitted caps in XL and even XXL. And of course many are adjustable so they fit nearly every adult head size.

Google custom size hats for large heads. They have unisex styles and xlarge or xxlarge sizes may work for you.
You might want to have a look at Stetson.com. Yes, the cover page says "Cowboy and western" but dig a bit deeper they do feature women's hats which aren't cowboy (er, cowgirl) or western. Some can be upwards in cost but they're very well made.
Try 59fifty, the seller of actual fitted ball caps with sizes for baseball teams. (I don't know if they actually supply the teams themselves, but they supply the souvenir caps at the ballpark.)
