These aren’t my favorite shows, but they are my guilty pleasure:
1) Hightown - Riley Voelkel is so damn gorgeous.
2) Castle - When I have time, I watch reruns. I own the entire series on DVD.
3) Animal Kingdom - I own the entire series on DVD.
4) Major Crimes - I own the entire series on DVD.
5) Boardwalk Empire - I own the entire series on DVD.
6) Hell on Wheels - I own the entire series on DVD.
I like Fridays With Frank on You Tube. As for TV, it's Adam 12 or Jail.
We're Adam 12 fans too. You can tell we're both retired. Every afternoon we start with the Rifleman, sometimes Bonanza before it, then Wagon Train, Adam 12, then M*A*S*H. That's all on MeTV.

I like "The Bing Bang Theory". I've seen all of the episodes. Even several times. Is it popular in USA? Because my American friend doesn't know that.
About the very past series I liked "Dick Van Dyke Show".I once wrote the name of that old actor on a forum and the sensor banned the first and last name. It only allowed "Van".
I am not sure if any of these qualify as low quality but since OP listed "Prison Break" which wasn't low quality or unpopular (I think?):
Grimm
Supernatural
Firefly
Scrubs
