The problem with those 2 countries is they have substantially less cleanliness and zero accountability. But if you are going to chance it, try expanding to the DR. I've reviewed some of those dentists work and they are no worse than Mexico or CR.
I guess Sweden, Norway, and Denmark banning mercury fillings back in 2008 are part of the scam/swindle? Isn't the U.S. in the process of banning the use of mercury as well?
