What’s it like to live in the Wright-Dunbar area? Is it quiet? Low crime? Walkable? It doesn’t seem too far from downtown. Is it an easy, safe walk to the city?

I would go during the day, but you should be fine. West Dayton has way worse areas that Wright-Dunbar. Pick a nice sunny day and go check it out. It was pretty dead when I lived in Dayton, well, the business district, but I moved to Cincy in 2011. Dayton has a lot of cool neighborhoods, especially historic districts. You likely understand that Dayton has some really grimy areas, I dont think Wright-Dunbar is among them. But it's Dayton so use common sense. Dayton is a small city with some big crime issues in areas. Cheers!
