Maybe because they were looked at medical facilities and doctors didn't find any food in their stomach. Also some facilities kept them under strict observation for much longer than the survival time and they were doing well there?

However - the common-sense answer: they are eating and drinking when others are not looking.
Just wonder why some people from remote villages would make such statements? To appear "god-like"? To get attention?
And why any doctors would actually waste their time to even consider it worth any observation.
Physically impossible so her real problem is lying. A human body can live for 43 to 70 days without food. It can only live for 3-7 days without water. Either she is not human or she is lying.
