The other is a re-positioning cruise by almost all the other cruise lines to get their ships from the Caribbean over to Europe. These are seasonal, going east in the spring and west in the fall. There are variations on this as some ships are in South America and cross the Atlantic to Africa. The bulk of the days are sea days with only a few ports usually.
Google repositioning transatlantic cruises and you'll find your answers.

Your post #2 did not answer his question. In fact, it didn't even address his question. The OP is seeking advice about a "nice cruise ship" sailing from Ft. Lauderdale to Europe. All you did was provide a definition of the distinction between an ocean crossing (which is completely irrelevant as they don't take place from Ft. Lauderdale) and a repositioning transatlantic cruise.
To the OP: Since you didn't provide any qualifiers as to cost or to what you consider to be "nice," I'll simply give you the name of one of the nicest, most luxurious cruise lines making the transatlantic trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Europe: Silversea.
If you're looking to make the trip next year, the Silver Moon is sailing from Ft. Lauderdale to Lisbon on March 16th, with stops in Horta and Punta Delgado before arriving in Lisbon 12 days later.
A second (and in my opinion, more interesting) option would be the Silver Shadow, departing Ft. Lauderdale on May 28th, with stops in New York City, Boston, Bar Harbor, Shelburne, St. Johns/Newfoundland, Ringaskiddy, and ending in Dublin 15 days later.

I told the OP how to find the repositioning cruises. Quote from my post #2: "Google repositioning transatlantic cruises and you'll find your answers."
If the OP searches the internet for "repositioning cruises from fort lauderdale to europe", a plethora of options will be returned. However, as a practical matter, I wouldn't include the limitation of Fort Lauderdale as there may be crossings leaving from Miami that might be more desirable.
