Hey,

I Just moved from NJ and I left my 20V Dewalt power tool battery chargers in the tool shed. Luckily someone will be mailing them here, however I’ve got a potential job that will require the use of my
Drill, but unfortunately the chargers won’t be here in time. I’m not in a financial position to buy a charger in the mean time so I’m hoping for any suggestions on what other options there could be!

Will there be other power tool users at the worksite? Maybe one or more of them have a charger you can take shifts using. Maybe the jobsite itself has one. Your best bet is probably to rent the cordless tools you'll need for the job and use those until your chargers show up. You won't need to find chargers compatible with your existing tools and they'll be saved a bit of wear and tear in the meantime. Chalk all this up to a lesson learned.

Here's an idea. Have the person mailing them to you send it with UPS or FedEx. You'll have it by the end of the day tomorrow.

I saw your post as I logged on and I know in SC, there are tool lending libraries. Found this. Maybe Colorado Springs has something similar???

Best of luck to you.

Have them send them priority mail flat rate. Under $20 and you get them in 2 business days. Otherwise you can buy an aftermarket dewalt charger on Amazon pretty cheap. And if you have prime get it in a day.

Those aftermarket chargers are dangerous to use. Our neighbor's garage burned down awhile back because he was using an off-brand to charge his Ryobi batteries.

Hell, any aftermarket charger is dangerous. Always, always buy the OEM version.
