Division II National Championship Game Being Played Right Now at a High School Stadium (university)

It is being played at McKinney ISD's stadium though.....a $70 million stadium that opened in 2018.

This stadium also hosted this game in 2018, 2019, and 2021.

I wonder if they rent it out to others, and if the $60 million stadium in Allen (same metro, different ISD) rents out that stadium for outside use ?
