I've given BSU a hard time for this, but I gotta admit, they tried to schedule a "real" opponet and had no idea VaTech would blow their season in week 2. With that said, this loss hurts BSU's arguement for the NC game and I still think they have no business playing in it with their SOS. TCU will jump them, in my opinion, if they both go undefeated.
It's only week 2 so we probably haven't seen our last big upset (although non will be bigger than this).
I think this is only the 2nd time an FCS school beat a ranked team so this is big. I get the feeling this year is going to be another 2007 with upsets more common than usual. If this is the case TCU running the table has a good shot of playing in the BCS championship game. At this point we can rule out the ACC champ being in it already.

Who knows maybe BSU will meet them in the post season for a third season in a row. They've played in three bowl games together in the past decade, with BSU leading the series 2-1. Then next season they'll be in the same conference. Should make a pretty good rivalry.

Admittadlly BSU turned down Nebraska because of money issues and some sort of 2-1 deal @ Nebraska, someone with a bit more knowledge should be able to clear it up, if not should be able to later today.
