Your issue is that you apparently think you know better than God what he can do with his own creation. I don't pretend to know the eternal destination of that 2 hour old infant. God saves those whom he chooses to save. If that means every single baby, then he is good and he is just. If it doesn't mean every single baby, then he is good and he is just. I don't get to judge God.
