Try the Four Seasons Hotel or the Peninsula. Both have great spas w/ couples massages and even if you are not staying at the hotel you can still enjoy the spa. :-)

You might try a site like Yelp for insight. Options abound for this sort of thing, but I've had no personal experience with any of the day spas in Chicago.
