my bluetooth headphones jack is damaged i cannot charge it because the charging port break. so i got a USB c jack with 3.5 mmm earphone jack. I cannot get it to work. youtube videos that claim to help are useless. sounds still coming from the phone speaker
IMHO, buy another headset and don't waste time and $ trying to fix the older one. Electronic equipment like this are designed to be disposable rather than serviceable at a reasonable cost.
Disagree. I know it's a popular position that companies build things so they break on purpose and don't last.
They may not be the most high end brand but I promise you whoever made those headphones does not want a reputation of building crap.
Would you buy another pair? No.
Would you recommend them to others if they are garbage? No.
Why would any company want that kind of publicity?

We will have to agree to disagree on this topic. The term for this is planned obsolescence. Essentially, it is cheaper to replace than fix. This is not something new, it has been happening for a long time now.

Yea, but most companies learned this is a bad way to keep customers and isn't nearly as common as it used to be. Unless, of course, you buy a cheaply made crappy product in the first place. Then that's on you.
