We’d travel the world together and experience all sorts of strange and wonderful lands, people, food, and animals. We’d trek through the wilds, have deep conversations, and I’d help edit his books and articles. If I had nightmares, close calls that shook me up, or needed medical care, he’d be there - so tender and loving with his soothing voice. But…I feel like he’d be a bit staid in the bedroom so we’d agree that I could take Gary Cooper as my lover from time to time. Gary would whisk me off for long weekends to places like Monaco, Paris, and London where we’d watch the races, laugh with strangers, and slip off the dance floor for some one-on-one time while the band was still playing.

Imagining spending time with Attenborough, where he uses words like "formidable" and "bereft" with great emphasis and emotion in describing the steps in a recipe or something mundane.
These are both great posts!

Yes! Exactly that!

Thank you, but I’m ashamed to say that I left out an important detail. I carried a Chanel clutch that was just big enough to hold a piece of chewing gum, a few tissues, a tube of Estée Lauder Starlit Pink lipstick, and a $100 chip that I never cashed in after a thrilling game of chemin de fer at the Place du Casino in Monte-Carlo.

Crucial details, to be sure.

I love this post and agree with those that stated it was a great post. It is indeed!
Toosie, whose name I constantly read as "Tootsie" (don't ask why!), took a simply question, an idea and turned it into a very imaginative and charming Romantic Adventure Comedy type of movie!

I love the fact that it is not merely about looks or anything physical but the person's personality and also their time together, almost like an episode of Twilight Zone.

Well done!

PS. In that sense, I'd love to hang out and spend time with someone like Keanu Reeves because he seems very chill and genuine, and also a true mc lover/rider as well!

I had to put some thought into my answers but its tough because you dont really know anything about celebs only the public persona they and their handlers/publicists want you to see. With that being said, I'll limit my answers to current celebs who I would commit/marry TODAY, and are alive and not those who may have passed away or add caveats of "if they were younger..." or "If I were older/younger". But also, physical attractiveness HAS to play an important factor. NOTE: This list would be different if you were to have asked "Celebrities you find to be the hottest/sexiest".

1. Heidi Klum - Stunningly beautiful and from all accounts seems to be a great mom. Met her at either an Emmys or Golden Globes after party and she chatted with me one-on-one for about 15-20 minutes. Super super sweet and even more attractive in person and probably one of the nicest celebs I've ever met. I was actually thinking "OMG, she is totally hitting on me!!"

2. Norah Jones - Sure she's getting older but her physical beauty and angelic voice is just mesmerizing. Based on the interviews I've seen of her, convos with mutual friends and some of the heartfelt social media posts she's posted of just her chatting, she's awesome.

3. Jane Wiedlan (GoGo's) and Susanna Hoffs (the Bangles) - I'll lump these two together because are both very similar. Both are waaaay older than me (they are in their 60s close to their 70s), are super cool guitar playing musicians and have the "look" I have always preferred. Even now they are still attractive (and not just "for their age"). Both are super down to earth and a bit of a "hippy/artsy" vibe that I love work with a lot of charities.

4. Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett - While a lot of our politics may differ, I think she is stunningly beautiful but more than that, I absolutely LOVE her intelligence, character and passion for doing what she believes to be the RIGHT thing for ALL of the country and her steadfast dedication virtue and honor.

5. Heidi Gardner (Saturday Night Live) - She may not be what the Hollywood standard of beauty is, or makes any Top 25 most beautiful lists, but there is just something about her that I find just flat out sexy and beautiful. Every skit she's in she just kills it. Ever interview I've seen of her she just exudes confidence, humor, intelligence and just this light/aura of sexiness that very very few people have.

Robert Downey JR as he's the right age and he seems to have matured into someone I could respect as a partner. And I have always thought he was Hot!

Morgan Freeman if he were 20 years younger. He seems so down to earth and someone I'd be really compatible with.

Matthew McConaughey for a long term fling maybe. I like his intelligence and I think he's attractive. He'd be amazing to live with for a while but I don't think I could do it long term because some of his beliefs and ideas are just a little too out there IMO
