Anyone living in Long Island NY likes boxing? I like boxing and wrestling. Started weight lifting, shadow boxing and heavy bag punching since 2020. Realized I need sparring partners to really improve the defense/offense skills. I lives in Williston Park, Nassau county. If anyone have interest in boxing and want to spar together, will be very welcome. Anyone with any experience and weight is welcome since sparring is skills improving and not a fight

If you are still on this forum, Slick Sluggers Boxing on Jericho Turnpike has a bunch of guys that like to spar. I forget the town, but there is only on Slick Sluggers on LI. Or try Ray Longo's gym.
