Bangor Bagel Shop from 1980s (live, park, business)

Hello,

I lived outside Bangor in the 1980s and will be visiting for the first time since then. I am wondering if the fantastic bagel shop I remember is Bagel Central or if that is a new business that took its' place? I'm also trying to remember the name of a state or national park we used to go to that had a wood platform walkway that allowed you to observe moose when they came to drink water. Any help would be appreciated!

I loved that shop! They had fantastic bear claws. I left in '90 so it's been a long time and don't remember details.

I think you're looking for Sandy Stream Pond in Baxter State Park. There's the boardwalk and further down the trail (keep going, don't turn left to the boardwalk), Big Rock.
