Unless you have your own plane, and you've got a 2 gallon bladder...then you can fly until you're a glider...
I think you mean CLD to MMH - not CRQ to MMA. Palomar is a little unusual - CLD is the IATA designation, CRQ is FAA designation, for a commercial flight, the IATA would be used - I used to fly out of there to LAX regularly but they stopped that service in 2015. MMA was used for an airport in Sweden but it closed some 50 years ago (1972), MMH is Mammoth Lakes, CA.
Out of SAN (San Diego) there are flights to Tokyo and Munich - both about 12 hours.

Yes, the "CLD vs. CRQ" debate has been a source of confusion since I took my ground school there, back in the 1970's. It's CRQ to me.
And yes, MMA is Mammoth Lakes, currently served by Advanced Air, utilizing the Dornier 328, King Air 350 or the Pilatus PC-12.
I prefer a Stearman, as I'm a "stick & rudder" kinda guy...unless I'm flying rotary.
Qantas has unveiled details of the ultra-long-haul aircraft it plans to run on non-stop flights from Sydney and Melbourne to London and New York by the end of 2025...
Even though I do not think I could stand flights like that, a friend was recently trying to book the Darwin to London and found it booked out when she wanted to go. We usually have a stopover in Asia of a few days to deal with the flights as they are now.

Which home? Some of us have several, some of us who travel a lot don't have a 'home'
I usually use Vancouver BC or SFO for my international 'home' airports (10-12km Non-stop flights), tho I have international airports near all my homes. < 1 hr for shortest international flights from those airports.

The longer the flight the better for me, I finally get a chance to sleep for an extended time. 17 - 18 hr flights are a literal dream. Spouse runs out of movies to watch, but I have yet to watch a movie on 1000's of flights. No TV since 1960's, so I'm not too interested in 'cinema'. When we arrive at our destination, spouse is very tired, I'm all rested up!
San Francisco - three that I've taken are SYD-SFO, SFO-HKG, and SFO- Abu Dhabi (Etihad used to have service from SFO). I will be doing Singapore Airlines nonstop to SFO in September

I did SFO-SIN a few years ago on UAL (UAL flight 1) and I think that it was 16 hours. Definitely the longest flight I have ever done. Enjoy the trip!
