Probably the loophole needed to claim it as "street legal".

However, a '28 Ford did come with side mirrors and fenders, which this thing lacks. I've been around the car scene long enough to see plenty of cars deemed "street-legal" with a plate, that just forgo the state inspection (if there is one in that state) completely.


It's cool as hell though.
