Quite frankly, I’m shocked to see the USA at par with Venezuela on anything. I will not be surprised if this national average masks differences within the states. This is the case with many things, so I don’t see why this would be any different. In many ways, every US state is like its own country. If anyone has this more detailed info, share it.
