Nice. At first the melody reminded me of a Green Day song. Not the vocals though.

This thread might serve the same purpose for others too, so please share the singers/bands you like. Please include the name of the singer/band and the country they are from.

By Latin American lets use the broadest definition, that is rock/pop from Spanish, Portuguese, and French speaking America. Also any bands from countries that don't speak those languages, but the singers/bands sing in any of the three languages are welcome in this thread.

Some of the ones I like are (in no particular order):

Juanes (Colombia)

Mana (Mexico)

Enanitos Verdes (Argentina)

I don't actually like this band, but this song in particular is to my liking.

Negros (Dominican Republic)

Negros (means Black in Spanish) is the 'official' name, but he also sells his music by his proper name of Wason Brazoban.

Bocatabu (Dominican Republic)

All these songs remind me of a guy I use to date. Every time he was playing music from Mana he would be drinking straight from a 1.5 L Bacardi bottle ( I am not sure he got the idea it was not meant to be a single serving ). Depressing . Does Mana have any happier sounding songs?

A song from the Brazilian band "Titãs" (means "Titans"), one of the most famous bands from the 80's generation

The song name is "Nem sempre se pode ser Deus" (translation: "You can't always be God" )

Well there is a large range of pop/rock in Latin America- some more rock and some more pop. These are some of my favorites right now, I have discovered these artists online.
