Been taking
60 mg of pseudoephedrine HCl every 12 hrs since Sunday
Cetirizine 10 mg every 12 hours
Arm & Hammer Nasal Spray Extra Strength Spray twice a day
Acetaminophen 650 mg every 8 hours
600 mg Ibuprofen (NSAID) every 12 hours
Currently taking supplements for last two months of multivitamins, zinc, magnesium, elderberry, and vitamins c & d

No pain pill is touching the headaches. Have a high pain tolerance like a wave of pain. Jabbing an ice pick in your head. Exhausted. My ears hurt and burn. I can't bend over without experiencing any pain or discomfort.

Nothing is working.

What you're taking is only going to make your symptoms worse as time goes by. There will be no relief. You're doing your nose and your body a disservice and you should see an ENT asap.
I have chronic sinusitis and my ENT prescribed 10mg Prednisone as needed, no more than once a day, and it works wonders within 20-30 minutes. I also use a Netti-Rinse Bottle with warm water when stuffed up, it works wonders also in clearing out the sinuses.

I would go "Google" and search YouTube for ideas, as some can be very good in giving advice.

https://www.healthline.com/health/ho...inus-infection

https://www.verywellhealth.com/home-...ection-7693419

https://www.sinusandallergywellnessc...nd-what-doesnt

That is a start. My other thought, although it doesn't answer your question is to find out what might be causing this. My neighbor has this issue, and I found out she has 16 cats in her house!

We did find when we lived somewhere with sinus issues that reducing meat and milk products helped a lot in the suffering involved, as those are things that cause mucus to increase.

I do wonder why they are refusing to treat you. A smoker maybe? Work atmosphere causing issues? I know that when I worked in processing soldiers, I kept getting sick and the doctor I asked if I smoked, which I did not. He told me to change jobs as at the time, there was smoke that filled the office as people waited! I did quit, and that worked!

Disagree, we use natural medicine, which beats the heck out traditional medicine, to include the ENT that my son seen who years later is still paying for what they did, and shouldn't have. Did you miss the part about the primary or urgent care refusing to treat the OP anymore? It is in the title of the thread. Some people are required to get a "referral" from the primary in order to see a specialist, the wait time can be just any amount of time anymore, and really depends on where one lives.

YouTube has some individuals that post from India that give excellent advice. And articles that Google brings up are often associated with some pretty impressive sources.

The best someone can do is to really learn about health using all the resources that they can. Not everyone is alike, so different things work for different people.

I used to have all of this problem but it all went away after diet change and eventually all of it gone away. I hate to say it but most doctors are only good with prescribing meds which doesn't heal. Your body is the ultimate healer and protector. It's telling you something is wrong and mucus are a form of protection from antibodies or foreign substance.

My main problems was I ate too much dairy stuff and not the organic grass fed dairy. Majority of dairy today comes from grain fed cows and that contains a lot of pesticides which can cause severe allergy effects like your sinus infections.

My diagnoses was that inflamed plips caused all of the problems and they could only prescribe allergy shots, sinus infection meds, and drink lots of water.

None of that fixed my problem until I stop drinking milk, eat more organic foods, take more vitamin D, C, and Bs. Avoid gluten and meats that are not grass finished. Low inflammation diet is the key.

If you can avoid pesticide filled foods completely from grains to meats and eat a diet that is organic and clean then your inflammation will go down and it's been 4-5 years and I have breathed well without any congestion or post nasal drip.

OP didn't mention any other symptoms besides a headache. Sinus pain, drainage, fever, bulging eye or vision issues? History of diabetes or steroid treament? If yes, see an ENT for a biopsy to rule out a COVID-associated fungal infection. If no, see your PCP for a headache workup. Urgent Care facilities are not appropriate to diagnose/treat long-term problems.

Nasal spray can boomerang when used too often and cause worse problems than before using it. Try stopping the nasal spray.

Have you tried a different over-the-counter other than Ceterizine? In past I've had vicious seasonal allergies and only Claritin works for me. However Claritin doesn't work for my husband when he (rarely) has allergic symptoms. He had to try several to find the right one for him. I'm guessing Claritin works for many people because they charge a lot per pill.

I take 12 hour Claritin so I can sleep at night, Amazon has 12 hour version when the local drugstore doesn't (often doesn't).
