We call this the Bipolar Wendys...you never know what service you will be getting until you get your food. And don't ever leave the drive thru until you check all your bags. For if they do leave out a portion of your order and you walk back in to correct it...chances are it will be implied that you are trying to finagle free food....as you stand and watch the counter employee mess up the same woman's order 5 times in a row. We call that dyslexic hearing. This branch is unbelievably busy and needs staff and management that are used to the type of volume that these managers obviously can't handle. Shame on Wendys Corporate. We don't frequent often, but when we do go here, we go when it's not busy.
